- 2 oz rye
- 3/4 oz simple
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz red wine (for floater)
I had this drink the first time at the bar where I had the conversation that started this blog. This version was much sweeter than that one. I might go to 1/2 an ounce of simple in the future.
