- 2 oz botanist gin
- 1 1/2 oz sherry
- 1 oz Licor 43
- 2 dashes lime bitters
- flamed lemon
I love this one! A while back I noticed that a ton of my favorites at Midnight Cowboy used Licor 43. I also just recently picked up the botanist gin, and it’s AMAZING. I highly recommend it.
Gonna have to give this one a try sooner rather than later. 😀

Hmm. Osborne creme sherry, actually. I don’t know a ton about sherries yet. I think the recipe calls for a Manzanilla, if I remember correctly.
